TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

During Competition Days- Friday, Saturday & Sunday


Only Registered competitors who booked one of the official hotels including:
  • Newpark Hotel
  • Hotel Kilkenny
  • Springhill Hotel
  • Kilkenny Inn Hotel 

with the official booking desk are provided Transport on Competition Days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday Only). To book a hotel, click here.
All other persons wishing to avail of these services on the 3 competition days, must pre-book a ticket at €10 return for one day.  All persons who are entitled or book a travel ticket will be provided with the passes on collection of their team packs during onsite registration at the competition venue.

Transport tickets must be purchased in advance prior to arrival in Ireland. Tickets are purchased with the official hotel booking desk only. 
There is no option to purchase a transport ticket onsite or at the competition and bus drivers will not be selling tickets. 


DIRECT HOTEL Transport

This transport is servicing Springhill Court Hotel, Newpark Hotel, Hotel Kilkenny, Kilkenny Inn Hotel and Club House Hotel

Hotel to the Competition Venue in the Morning:
  • One coach will depart your hotel in the Morning and transfer you to the Competition Venue.
  • There will be one departure time advised in advance and notified to all groups staying. This is to ensure all competitors arrive before the start of the day.  All competitors must be onsite for 8am.

Competition Venue to the Hotel in the Evening:
  • In the evening, there will be a hotel shuttle service running from Friday & Saturday 1800 – 1900hr (6 – 7pm) and Sunday 1530hr - 1630hr (330 – 430pm) this will stop at all hotels who have the direct hotel included.

With all transportation - please ensure that you are early as there are limited seats available. 
Should you be on the shuttle service, it is important that you consider your transfer time and demand for this service.
